Studio Spark was founded in 1997 in the Chinatown area of Washington, DC. Just as we were once pioneers of that redevelopment phase in DC history, Studio Spark has found that once again in Silver Spring, Maryland. Located on the District border and neighboring Discovery Communications and the AFI Silver Theatre, Studio Spark is proud to be part of this once again thriving community. Our studio is located in the GranDesign Building, an old rehabbed office space just steps away from the Silver Spring metro.
